We are excited to share our island home with you!

Hali'i Kai is a wonderful, gated condo community, adjacent to the Beach Golf Course, located in Waikaloa Beach Resort, on the Kohola Coast of the Big Island of Hawai'i. Waikoloa Beach Resort is an internationally acclaimed private oceanfront golf resort which offers some of the most pristine ocean frontage in the Hawaiian Islands.

Backing on to the 14th hole of the prestigious Beach Course, our home offers both privacy and solitude. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 King and 2 Queen beds, our villa offers an open concept design featuring mahogany cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Our furnishings are luxurious and comfortable. A full service laundry room is located adjacent to the kitchen. The lanai features a granite top outdoor kitchen, with gourmet infrared grill and refigerator, to enhance your enjoyment.

Beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards are available for day trips. We also have bocci ball, a soccer and basketball, and a portable hammock for your enjoyment.

We invite you to experience the private amenities that Hali'i Kai has to offer. Whether it's relaxing on an aqua lounger, sunbathing near the pool, a golf game with friends, or a romantic evening at an award-winning restaurant; the amenities at Hali'i Kai will fulfill your needs and desires. A short walk will have you on Anaeho'omala Bay, one of the island's top beaches. Withing 20 minutes by car, experience at least half a dozen or more other beaches, each very unique, (see pictures under "photos" ).

Swim or whale watch beside the lagoon style oceanfront saline pool with waterfalls or soak in the lava rock spa with its unique sandy bottom. One can also keep up with their exercise program at the club in the ocean front exercise cabana, or play tennis or basketball on the private courts. The club also features an upscale poolside bar and grill, spacious picnic area, and BBQ facilities. Hiking along the interconnecting ocean front trail as another option.
